I know some of you don't like "versus" threads, but this one has been on my mind for quite some time now, and I wanted to know your thoughts on who the victor of this bout might be.

Here are some "respect" threads that shows illustrations of some of their greatest feats, and gives you an idea of what each of them are capable of:

Gladiator:

Hyperion:

Juggernaut:

Vulcan:

I'll go with Vulcan, mostly because we don't really know exactly what he can do.:whatever:

Doesn't he have some sort of Psionic power? Thats what I heard.

Galactus stops by and steps on them all.

I might have to go with Vulcan on this one. Hyperion might be a run for Vulcan's money, but I have a feeling Vulcan might have some sort of unseen answer for Hyperion's super strength.

Which Superman analogue wins...hmmm. I'm surprised you didn't throw Sentry into the mix, just for the hell of it. But i'd place my bet on Gladiator, since he seems to derive his powers from confidence alone. Unless he is that weak willed..I don't see many people toppling him in combat.

If this is the same Hyperion who has been hanging around 616 for a few years after emigrating from a parallel timeline then he has already fought Gladiator and lost quickly and badly. Gladiator broke his neck in seconds.

i think juggernaut can take Galactus, since Juggernaut can take Thors God force without flinching and it makes Galactus run

Seriously, I was expecting some reply like this...can we just stick to the question?

Um..... NO. Silly versus threads are validated by pointless meandering from the topic, so consider my actions as doing this thread a huge favor.

And please, Juggernaut would piss his pants if he ever had to fight Galactus.

Ummm....because Juggernaut has been greatly depowered over the years, ever since he lost his Cytorak derived powers. Juggernaut is still a power house...but he is shell of his former self. It's all the result of a rebellion that Cain engaged in, against Cytorak. Even without that in mind, Juggs was easily beaten by Onslaught. If Onslaught could beat Juggernaut in what...two panels if I remember correctly...I see Galactus as having no problems. Even though the Fantastic Four some how get lucky...Galactus is unbelievably powerful. He is near omnipotent. His strength is vast not only based on his size, but on the fact that it is of a meta level, for himself. He has the ability to manipulate matter and energy at an atomic level. Think about it...he created Silver Surfer, whom only wields a small fraction of the power cosmic....which Galctus wields fully and freely. Galactus should never lose. He is just never written that way.

i have a serious inkling that soon enough vulcan won't be soo all powerful. i think darwin's presence is going to have something to do with it, and maybe the other two members of his team will leave his body as well. then there is just the problem of the rest of the mutant energies as a result from m-day. i see them burning out, or becoming too much for him much like they did for michael over in new avengers....

onlaught actually physically hurting juggernaut was terrible writing. i assume galactus would eat earth or wherever juggernaut is(im talking classic accuratly written juggernaut) and then juggernaut would punch his way out of galactus' stomach

BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!

You're a funny guy, Venomfan. :D
