It's a smart move on Wal-Mart's part. Who else would need to have a check cashed other than someone who doesn't have a bank account . . . which would mean someone most likely lower income. And, these lower income folks benefit from the low prices at Wal-Mart.

Smart move, but I still won't shop at Wal-Mart if I don't have to.
