It looks like they are adapting Grant Morrison's Earth Ten but with the CW characters. In Earth Ten, Superman's rocket lands in Sudetenland in 1938 and Nazi scientistss reverse engineered the Kryptonian tech to win World War 2. But if you're wondering what drugs inspired it, then it was probably some hallucinogenics..

Well damn, I wear hats so much I didn't even notice the male pattern baldness creeping up on me. Luckily, I got plenty of hats.

Inhumans looks f***ing horrible. It looks like they had to do it due to not losing the rights so they put something out like that old F4 movie that never got an official release. Except they own the rights so they should have just let it die.
