Hah the funniest thing is how many Fox personalities think their 2012 attack on The Muppets movie means they "killed" the new franchise. Guess they didn't get the memo a new movie comes out this summer. Doh.

I really do think this movie may have been a little too heady and satirical for some of the really younger kids, but if gets them asking questions afterwards it did its job.

I'm gonna be honest: I was expecting a zany, over-the-top animated kids film that didn't have much depth to it, which I got big time. I was not expecting to be thinking about some of the themes it was trying to portray. Haven't really felt that way towards an animated film since Toy Story 3.

Some movies really are anti-business. This movie was not one of them. It didn't have much to do with business at all.

For me the last one that really hit me hard was Monsters University. Because I was kinda going through the same thing as Mike was at the time I saw that. Just starting my college years and trying to find my place in life.
