Plus he's the one that introduces all the characters and is determined to figure out who killed The Comeidan.

Sounds like they got the synopsis down then but I don't why people are complaining.

Here's another synopsis of Watchmen from FilmTracker.com:
"In the 1950s, a seemingly ordinary guy puts on a mask and a superhero costume and starts to fight crime. He is joined by a bunch of others who take up the same pursuit, until a law is passed that forces them to hang up their capes. When a few of the former crimefighters are mysteriously murdered, the remaining members set out to solve the crimes."

Hurm...

It lists David Hayter as the screenwriter, with Tse as "current rewrite." Ouch.

Sounds like they got the synopsis down then but I don't why people are complaining.

Because we are comic book fans. The majority aint happy unless they are whining about something
I can picture it now when the trailer comes out:

"in scene blah blah (page wibble, panel 5), where rorscach does thing X, his mask had pattern Y on it. However, in the trailer, it was a completely different pattern. Come on Snyder, get it right. Thats me not going to see this movie, its ruined for me now"
