I've heard both terms...so which is correct? And is there anything in continuity to show that Thor's strength actually increases tenfold? I've heard it stated but never actually seen it.

BASICALLY Warrior's madness and Beserker's Rage are the same thing BUT Berserker's themselves are technically and historically naked and insane to begin with.

I don't recall Thor's strength actually GROWING. He's raised Manhattan Island I think it was, and with help of BRB they lifted Asgard in the Skrull invasion just to give you an idea of what he is capable of.

Well, when in Warrior Madness,Thor defeated Adam Warlock,Silver Surfer,Beta Ray Bill and part of the Infinity Watch,I guess. That's happened in 'Thor : Blood and Thunder'.So,yes, his power is really enhanced!

He fought the Hulk, who had gained some power himself, pretty evenly while in the grips of warrior madness back in the '90s. Ultimately the Hulk knocked Thor away before getting hit by a nuke.

If you read the Warriors madness series it tells you that Thors strength is drastically increased when in his berserkers rage which is the right term, warriors madness was just the name of that series of issues. When thor is in the berserkers rage nothing or noone outside of the Hulk and Odin the allfather can defeat him. The only reason the hulk can is because his strength has no limits the angrier he gets the stronger he gets for this reason the hulk is the strongest being in the comic universe.
