You guys are looking everywhere now, I can believe the Spidey "cameo", maybe even the Thor rain thing. But this? No matter how much I want a Cage movie this is pathetic.

There is some attention paid to him though. The camera focuses on him for a few seconds. There was definitely more attention paid to him than the other screaming citizens amongst the carnage.

Like i said, i don't think it was actually meant to be Cage. But it was definitely a tip of the hat to the character. There is too many coincidences for it to not be.

When MARVEL cameos characters, they make it obvious (Hawkeye in Thor; Fury in Iron Man; or even Stan Lee's appearances are spelt out to us).
This is NOT Luke Cage! LOL!

It's just a cutaway to show people freaking out on the devastation.

The guy is a known actor and they had a larger role for him in the movie, but it got cut down to nothing..

and now you've got a bunch of morons thinking that the big Black SHIELD guard in Thor was supposed to be Luke Cage too...
