Was Luke Cage In TIH?

When Abomination was out on the street throwing cars around. There was a little scene where a bold black man with a goatee ran out of the store. He had on street cloths and I think a gold chain around his neck. I wich I had a picture. When I saw that I thought "Luke Cage". And the fight was in Harlem where Luke is from. It probably wasn't meant to be him, but it was just something I was wondering.

I thought i saw Superman fly by right after the final battle...anyone else notice that?

well think about it...if i remember correctly luke cage is much bigger...so by the looks of the guy mentioned...its very unlikely hes intended to be luke cage....but i do feel his shot was significant...because it really focused on him...but i dont know.

Now think about this. Luke wasn't always big. He became as big as he is after the experiment. You think he always had big mucsles? He didn't.

No. The guy IS an established actor and not an extra. They focused on him primarily because he was part of a longer scene during that sequence.

Luke wears a large variety of cloths now. Sometimes his original costume is altered. So that argument doesn't hold up.

How many people with 34 credits on IMDB including roles in top TV shows and core roles in movies like Gone Baby Gone, have a spot as an extra in a major Film???

It may have been meaningless... but it very well could have been an easter egg meant to be Cage.

Samuel L Jackson was uncredited in Iron Man as Nick Fury but he was there...

Maybe this guy could be Luke Cage...Its a possibility...its not like they focused on any other extras during that scene...just him...if his scene was originally extended and he was just there for comedy value then maybe they shouldve just cut him out altogether...but they didnt...for a reason.

I'm not insulting people... this entire thread is based on the idea that one random black guy that almost got hit by a car thrown by fight is Luke Cage.

It's called feeling bad that his funny scene was cut from the movie, so they decided to let him have that.

That was Michael K. Williams. He played Omar on HBO's the Wire. Wasn't Luke Cage. He was supposed to have a few lines but that got cut with a lot of other things in the movie. Does Marvel have the rights to Luke Cage?
