Except for Rosario Dawson, the trailer doesn't look all that great.

Can't watch the trailer at work but just from the description it sounds like a weird take on the Speed formula.

I thought the trailer was pretty good. I think a lot of people have forgotten about trains and what they're all about.

My dad is a train maniac. He has a whole model railroad, he collects train magazines. Anything to do with trains he loves.

So yeah, he's gonna love this movie.

seems like a movie i would rather catch on tv honestly does'nt look bad tho

Trailer didn't do anything for me. I really am sick of Scott's gritty blue and green and organe palette style in his films. Pine is being wasted.

No, Denzel just needs better work. Scott will always live in his brother's shadow.

That trailer looked alright. I was half expecting Steven Seagal to show up and say that his niece is on-board and he must stop the train. lol.

Top Gun and True Romance and to an extent The Last Boyscout and somewhat Deja Vu are only his high points. Hell, even the latter two films aren't even great film like his brother had made. True Romance is probably his best.

I kept seeing Captain Kirk in the trailer. Funny, really.

Tony is more adventuous than Ridley, I mean Ridley has tried twice now to recreate what he did with Gladiator instead of moving on, and I'd say Man on Fire is Scott's best film.

Maybe he is, but I think Ridley knows what he wants alot better. Yeah, Robin Hood wasn't good, I haven't seen Kingdom of Heaven yet (Just when the goddamn director's cut comes from Netflix) but I think Ridley has produced more quality stuff.

I love '90s Tony Scott: The Last Boyscout and True Romance are probably his best flicks. Crimson Tide and Enemy of the State were pretty good aswell. Talking about his recent flicks, Man on Fire is probabily the best.

I like the look of this dont know what peoples problems are with it, great cast as well by the looks of things.

the peroblem is that its over the top even for a hollywood movie.

this kind of train movie would work MAYBE in the 90's and in the 80's. but in 2010 with this kind of new technology? nooooooooo way. :)

Denzel dies at the end right? ;)

I will see this for Pine because i want studios to understand that he is 100x the actor Worthington is.

only based on star trek or hes 100 romantic comedies?

Pine performance in Trek only proves that he is a better actor than Worthington, you don't need to look at anyother of his films. Unlike Worthington he has charm and facial expressions.

Also, whocares that he played in a bunch of romcoms? Every actor has to start somewhere.

looks ok. they're going back to the basics of the disaster movies. not every disaster movie has to be an end of the world situation. looks like Speed on a train without a villain.

That's the first thing I thought of. You mean to tell me w/ all the advances we have in technology that there's no way to remotely stop a train? Seriously?
