WB & DC Meet For A Summit

Lol damn. well, at least it united everyone for a minute.

You're all just one big psychology experiment to me.

It's O.K., I LUUUUV rollercoasters.

Man Show,

IF WB's doesn't want Singer back for a sequel and they already have there own writers working on a sequel script or just another Superman story, (that is not an origin tale) then they should give Zack Snyder the choice to either direct the next Superman film (that would hopefully tie in to an eventual JL film or the Green Lantern film. Berlanti should not be the director because he has no big time experience directing. He should just remain though as a producer and or a writer for the GL film.

WB's needs to roll with Nolan and Snyder!

Are you aware that SR made about $20 mil. more than BB WW? And that BB was out 2 weeks longer than SR?

Domestic BO is more important for studios, fact is BB was more profitable for WB. Now TDK is universally praised by fans and critics and is breaking BO records. If only a Superman movie could be that good....

Yes. I am joking.

Again? Do I joke often?

Showtime,
What's sad is that people had to think about it being real or not. Thats how screwed up WB is. :)

With regards to the superstalker. That is not a complaint of mine. My complaints are...
-Sequel (remake) of a 30yr old film
-Superkid
-Lex as criminal again not a CEO.
-Superman leaves Earth for 5 years after promising he wouldn't.
-Superkid

I had no problem with the cast (well except for Bosworth). Just the storyline.

I just dont see how you can call it stalking, he hasnt seen the woman he loves for 5 years, he barely got the chance to speak to her as Clark so he went to the house to look upon the woman he loves and HASNT SEEN FOR 5 YEARS.

He's just come back from trip were he expected to find some surviving Kryptonian's and finds that his homeworld is truly dead and he is alone in the universe (not to mention the whole trip he has been alone). He feels more lonely than ever and wants to look upon the one human who relates to him.

HOW is that stalking?

How can I call it stalking? I will try to explain one more time. Just because you know someone, even if you had a relationship in the past, does not give one the right to invade someone else privacy. Other heroes like say Batman will invade others privacy but for the most it is to prevent some kind of tragedy. In SR the only one who had some thing to gain by spying on Lois was Singerman. Also why would Singerman even dress up like Clark if it wasn’t so he could be near Lois? It is not like Clark had anything to contribute to the story. Am I the only one who fines it creepy that they had sex but Singerman wasn’t honest about his identity?

If a direct follow up is made and he still doesn't tell his son the truth and be apart of his life in some way well...I'm going to have huge problems with that.

But don't you think he might not tell Jason the truth yet to protect him? At least until Jason is older & ready to face the truth. With how Lex believe Jason is Supes's son & he is still a kid and not powerful like his dad, I wouldn't be surprise if Supes doesn't tell him anything to protect him. Of course, that is just me. :cwink:

And no, Showtime doesn't joke. He has no emotions. Kinda like a Terminator in the first film. :p :p

Meh, doesn't sound interesting to me.

lol He jokes with me.

Just cause Nolan did well with Batman doesn't mean he would do Superman well. Two completely different characters, two completely different type of movie needs to be made, different set of rules. Also, you want to give Snyder Superman based on a Watchmen movie no one has seen and 300? While awesome, 300 is again a totally different type of movie. I am still a bit skeptical on Watchmen also.

That an understandiment. I just like that idea, since what if Jason make big deal about being the son of a superhero at school & someone find out about it. He might have told Metallo's son about it. :p

lol He jokes with me.

Really? I'm not aware of that. He probably like playing jokes with girls more than boys. :waa: :waa:

So which specific Superman books would we like Snyder to film, shot for shot, for us? Man of Steel? Birthright? For the man who has everything. . .?

Which previous Superman movie would we like him to remake only faster and more intense?

Never said WB's should hire Nolan to direct Supes. Snyder is the one that I can see possibly being a good fit. What I meant by WB's rollin with Nolan and Snyder, is that those are two directors they have that WB's needs to keep happy and keep around while there hot. Watchmen will be good.....write it down.

Well I am hearing that Watchmen is NOTHING like the novel at least visually.... which doesn't mean much as far as the success of the film is concerned... but you get the style Snyder likes to use... dark... stylistic... very CGIish... artistic... it was perfect for 300, but that's not the direction you want to take Superman. I don't want slow motion punches or an ultra dark film.

My father used to beat me and I never loved my mother. I've never gotten over the death of John Lennon and I own a full Batman (Keaton) costume as well as a full Frank N Furter costume.

But the worst of all is that I work for the govt....

What can you do for me, Doc?

(BTW, I was kidding about my mother and father)

A screen prop Keaton Batman costume or a replica? Batman or Batman Returns?

Either way that's awesome.

My nickname is Doc...so here's my take....

That's his job.
Good, because otherwise it's incest.
Who has?
Just don't wear them both at the same time.
Does anyone in the government actually work?
