Most Overrated: Lincoln

Martin Scorsese
Most Overrated: The Aviator
Most Underrated: Cape Fear

Francis Ford Coppola
Most Overrated: The Godfather Part II (Don't get me wrong, it's a great film but I don't think it's as strong as the first)
Most Underrated: Bram Stoker's Dracula

Tim Burton
Most Overrated: Beetlejuice (It's fun enough, but Michael Keaton isn't in it enough for me)

Underrated: A.I. (his most misunderstood!)

I'd also say Coppola's most underrated is The Conversation but I can't imagine any of his work from the 70s being overrated.
