What Are Your Thoughts On The New Series "Continuum"?

We've haven't seen Travis since that episode were the CMRs were rebooted. So whether his was activated or not remains to be seen.

Meanwhile...

Damn. Betty working for Liber8. Come on. I like her. I hope she's still doing it under Dillon's orders and has not completely turned.

Cam revealed to Carlos the truth. This is a long time coming and now it should help her a lot in coming up with cover stories for how she solved this or solved that.

The 2nd killer looked and sounded like a young Kevin Spacey.

Anyone knows in which show I could have seen Alex's girlfriend or maybe a movie ?

:applaud 2nd season hasn't even hit the SyFy channel yet. Which starts this Friday @ 10pm pst for those who were wondering.

Take a look at her resume.

Magda Apanowicz

Out of all her work before Continuum I've only seen the Butterfly Effect, Robot Chicken, Slither, Bionic Woman & The Andromeda Strain. And I don't remember her standing out in any of those.

Thanks, I could not find her name on Continuum imdb page and I was sure to have seen her elsewhere and it bothered me to not remember it.
It was in Caprica that I saw her.

wish they didn't move it to Friday night, was happy to see it on Monday night

Incredible episode last Sunday.

I like it. It hasn't fallen into the more annoying time travel tropes so far. Although a few of the characters are obviously not who we think they are, they still aren't entirely transparent about who they really are either.

Garza has a nice arse....

CSM Alec didn't leave much to chance when he set this all up did he?

Only downside is the obvious thing of whatshername actually falling for young Alec in her 'mission' to monitor him... Bit of a cliche IMHO.

[BLACKOUT]Gardiner's death[/BLACKOUT] was a shocker. Libr8 seems like small fish compare to how these freelancers operate. That aneurysm gadget was pretty slick. Might we see an unholy alliance between Keira & Libr8 to deal with these guys? Wonder they want with the bodies.

That's gotta be weird sending someone back to kill you in case you turn into a **** up.

Speaking of that chick. Damn, she kicked some major ass in the episode before. Might be on par with Keira.

The freelancers are not entirely unexpected (I kind of figured if time travel existed someone at some time would exploit it) but so far they have kept low key and in the background until recently. They seem to be doing better what Kellog wants to do with exploiting their knowledge of past events for personal gain.

Another great episode! The Freelancers are no joke. And they have gadgets that rival and even outmatch Kiera's! The action scenes this season have been amazing. Mr. Escher reveals himself to Alec. Amanda is becoming conflicted with her job. It might not end well for her. They also explain why Travis has a CMR chip. Julian had some great scenes as well. It's easy to see where future Kagame got his influence from. It was cool to see Chen again albeit in a different context! lol

We knew early on from the season premiere that Travis had a CMR. The question was when Alec rebooted Keira's a few episodes back did he also reboot Travis's by mistake? Travis kind of went MIA after that episode. The most recent episode was most screen time he has had since the CMR reboot. Now we know his was indeed activated and he now knows about young Alec helping Keira. While he's hunting for them and searching for Garza. He might want to keep an eye out on his crew. Looks they might use his craziness as a reason to remove him from power.

Alec might be on to something. The freelancers could be from a further future than Keira. Which would explain their more advanced tech.

It would not surprise me if they were from a further time in Keira's future as well. Though they may just be from her present with more advanced technology since going too far into the future would make it too easy to invalidate all of Keira's tech.

Anyone else notice how many actors from this show also pop in Man Steel and Arrow. Its like Canada is short on actors lol.

^ lol. The guy who plays Travis sure does get around. He's been playing a detective lately in every other show it seems.

Which reminds, there was this one SyFy movie with Winnie Cooper as the lead called Tasmanian Devils. Liber8 members Travis, Jaworski & Chen are in it as part of a chain gang. lol

Dropped this show after the 2nd episode in the first season. My friends kept telling me to stick with it and I'm glad I did, now I'm all caught up.

Also the effects look ALOT better in the second season, guess the good ratings got them to spend a little more on the show.

I'm so in love with Garza :(

Incredible penultimate episode last week. It was also directed by Amanda Tapping! :)

Continuum S2 Finale Promo

Good finale. More twists and turns then a game of snakes and ladders.

Personally I felt this season started off strong then dipped a little in the middle and then got better again towards the end.

That was a great season finale all that stuff with Esher,Jason and Alex was really well played. BTW that fight between Travis and Keira was epic I really hope Travis comes back for season 3

The finale blew my freaking mind!! So many bombshells dropped in this episode. It's 'a family affair'. :) Absolutely loved seeing the flashback events leading up to Liber8's execution. It tied up lose threads while introducing new ones for Season 3. That fight between Keira and Travis was amazingly choreographed and executed. And the ending was so chilling. The Freelancers are a major threat. Carlos and Betty are now the run. It was interesting to see Julian and Alec's mom help them. What happened to young Alec?! What's next for Keira? Season 3 will be epic.

This is damn good sci-fi.

That was a damn good season finale.

I thought Jason might be his son. Did not expect Esher to be his father. It explains Esher's every single move against Kellog. Why he buys up everything before Kellog can get his greedy hands on it. He's just trying to keep it in the family. Family affair indeed.

The freelancers are not to be ****ed with. Them being from a further future than Keira is looking stronger now than ever. I always thought Esher with his dot tats was ordering them around thus leading me to thinking they were just a corporate goon squad. They're time keepers trying to preserve a timeline. Multiple timelines it seems according to their conversation. An unholy alliance (Keira & Libr8) will need to form to bring these guys down.

Carlos must be out of options if he has to turn to Julian of all people. He made a good call to bail when he did. His boss has gone on a ****in' power trip.

That was kind of ****ed up that Alec used the device to save Emma instead of letting Keira go home. The freelancer Chen said he wasn't their problem anymore. So I guess it must be something that is supposed to happen.

Wonder if the freelancer leader will be a familiar face. We've seen what Julian & Alec will become. If the freelancers are from a further future. Maybe Keira's husband or son to complete this circle of craziness.
