There's the whole Suicide Squad cast remember too, The Joker, Harley Quinn, Deadshot, Killer Croc, El Diablo, Captain Boomerang, Enchantress, Amanda Waller and others I'm probably forgetting.

There's also Steve Trevor and Hippolyta in the Wonder Woman movie.

Well if we go off the tie in comics there's also Firefly and if we include the MOS tie in there's also an ancestor named Kara.

Given that image you posted is from that tie on Lex stuff then I'd say for sure that's confirming those characters exist in this world. But maybe not as Green Arrow and Blue Beetle yet.

Well there as that Riddler symbol so I that's definitely a hint that he exists. I don't recall seeing anything about King Shark.

I'm pretty sure Jason Todd isn't the Joker, I would t worry about that. Out it alongside the rumour that Ben Affleck is actually Deathstroke. Which was also head scratching.
