Same reason as the "hate" thread...

Me...I loved just about everything this movie brought to the table. Start to finish a GREAT movie...

EVERYTHING BUT JOHN TUTURRO!

that is all:ninja:

it'd be a shorter post for me to list what i DIDN'T like about the movie...

The relationship between Bumblebee and Sam
90% of Prime's dialogue
Megan Fox
Megatron was perfect in almost every way
Everything having to do with Jazz
Ratchet
The list goes on...

Shia LaBouf, the Back to the Future/ID4/E.T. feel, most of Frenzy's antics, Sam's parents, the Sector 7 guy, everything involving all of the Autobots and Decepticons except
the shocking and :-( death of Jazz

Fox was a bit werid for me cuz in the preveiws and pics I'd seen I was like ok a hot chick..but while watching the movie I kept noticing nothing but "she looks just like Jennifer Connelly"

(which isn't a bad thing and really didn't take me outta the movie at all..just really an observation I never noticed before)

Jazz (my fav autobot as a kid) I didn't like when they first showed up but I warmed up to him by the end.

also, as much as i wish there was more interaction between Megatron and Starscream, what they put in there was pretty perfect. "You've failed me yet again, Starscream."

-portrayal of Autobots, Prime, Bumblebee
-Shia's acting
-Megan's teh hotness
-action overkill
-ILM
-Megatron
-humor
-score

Starscream shot Megatron in the back with missles while he was fighting Prime. That was awesome.

I love how it was made for non-fans and fans alike. I like the nods to the fans all through out the movie. The best part is how Starscream faught but really didn't. He stayed out of the direct line of fire. They kept him the way he was suppoused to be.

- Special effects were the best I've ever seen on film
- Story was entertaining without taking itself too seriously
- Tons of action

All in all a good movie that fulfilled the summer popcorn niche admirably.

Did Starscream shoot Megatron? I thought I saw it but was not sure. If that is true that might be my favorite thing.

The amazing visuals the hundreds of laughs and Fox's body. This movie was the sex.

The only thing I really LOVED was the visual effects. Some of the best ever done. Deserves an Oscar nomination.

Everything except some of the cheesy lines.

All the visual effects and Shia Labeouf´s performance

Things I Loved about the movie:

Jazz. Cool. When he handstanded out of his Solstice form during the first roundup, I practially jumped up and down. Jazz was the coolest by far... just look at that visor.

The movie had TONS of talented actors, and each character played a CRUCIAL part. From Anthony Anderson to John Voight to Tyrese Gibson. Without any single one of these guys' characters, the Autobots would have lost. Even Mikala was decisive. It was just all so great and so well put together/coordinated. I loved it. A TRUE Ensemble.

The first time Megatron Transforms. He's outside giving orders before anyone can even ask where he went. He does it so fast, so hard, so smooth and so viciously that I KNEW he was a bad guy worth fearing. When the Autobots fell back at the very sight of him, I knew we had something worth talking about.

Things I liked about the movie:

They had officer roles. Added so much sophistication to the Autobot ranks.

Love that they actually explained how Megs crashed on earth.

Love that they show the Beagle Mars scene from the teaser trailer.

Loved Ratchet.

Loved Barricade asking about "Ebay item ###########'.

Frenzy's personality.

Jazz being referred to Prime as his second Luitentant.

Ironhide being bada$$ and Bumblebee.

Everything, when watching it for the second time I noticed something.

This movie is definitely more Jurrassic Park I and II than War of the Worlds and Day After Tomorrow.

I don't know what it is- whether Steven was coaching Bay along or if Bay was somehow channeling Spielberg but it definitely has that Jurrassic Park vibe about it. It fits the same universe, if that makes sense?

The best part was that Megatron made his gun in the same fashion that Wing Zero did it.
