I never believed him for a second. They never just leave out 30 seconds of the movie, especially not in the DVD age.

Besides, this is the guy who made Hugh Jackman think he'd burned down his house on an episode of "Punk'd."

I added some stuff we missed (thanks Retroman for providing the screencaps!) and was gonna put circles, Xs and ?s over each item but (a) don't have the time right now and (b) the Xs will be like daggers thru the heart lololol!!

Maybe someone else can update our theory to close this case file...although who knows what is official until we see the DVD with our own eyes. Of all the added stuff I am most happy for Storm's tidal wave, for Storm22, who really wanted to see that tidal wave...I'm glad it looks like her wish will come true!!

Its like a lo quailty type of animation where they map out the scene in pre production.It helps filming go faster.

That's really funny! Considering that there is a fan novel out about Mulder and Scully doing an investigation of a file from about 15 years ago involving a high school student who supposedly destroyed his school's gymnasium during his prom by shooting bright red beams from his eyes

Theyll never incorporate the non alternate scenes back in... only really cool directors take the time to go to editing room and recut it smoothly like that. O well.

I'm keeping my hopes up that when the good version is released that extended/deleted scenes will be incorporated and the original endings will too. I wouldn't mind having the Bobby/Kitty stuff put back in (seems like it would make things a little less cheesy.. replacing Logan's crappy "everything they stood for will die with them" speech too, which really sucked), BUT I kinda like Rogue's taking the cure and hope they keep it- it brings really good potential for character development for her, and it does open the door for a future twist of her getting her powers back or super strength or something.

Like x1, that seamless branching is nothing of the sort... its choppy and doesnt work on many dvd players. Its better than nothing though.
