We know that Donner said that he liked Brainiac and was thinking about putting him into the Last Son storyline. But what does he think of another big member of Superman's rogues gallery, Darkseid. Is he interested in him or what does he think of the charector.

Sorry for spelling and grammer.

Enough. Donner!

Oh Lol Its Ight; I Dunno But I Reallydont Care Nither

1. it doesnt matter.
2. darkseid is too big for this second film.

I thought you meant Richard White...

He probably doesnt have a clue who Darkseid is..........

I'll re-itterate.

Donner probably doesnt have a clue who Darkseid is.

Geoff Johns on the other hand does. Hence his inclusion.

Donner has already admitted that he never had a clue about any other of Supes' enemies until Johns told him of them.

...which make the entire question of whether or not Donner knows about him irrelevant - if he didn't know Darkseid before, he does now.

I think he and Singer have more in common than what meets the eye:cwink:

Come to think of it, you never see them in the same room at the same time.............

Since when has it become a major requirement for directors to be childhood fans of the source material from which their movies are based? IMO, all they need to do is get a good director who's also open minded and who will study the characters in the films they direct so that they can understand them and interpret them properly. It's a bit much to ask for anything more, because not every good director is a comic fan, so that would definately narrow down the field of choice and we'd end up with a lot of crappy movies which might be accurate to the comics but lacking in many other areas.

Eh, it's more of a problem that half of the board seems to hate any incarnation of Superman that wasn't written by John Byrne.
