"flow motion" was the title of a song from the underground album "faces of death" by bone thugs-n-harmony before they got signed. they also made a remake of it for their latest album.

it's a term used to describe their style - instead of slow motion, it's "flow motion", since they are known for fast rapping.

it's a trademark song from bone thugs, and the remake is one of my favorite songs off of the new album of their's.
