What Easter Eggs would you like to see in this film?

- A wink towards Lex or LexCorp, setting him up for the sequel ala the Joker card in BB
- Going off the above: perhaps a man named Otis representing LexCorp's stake in military weapons and interest in the Kryptonians, like Agent Coulson in Iron Man
- A mention of Keystone City in the Smallville scenes, referencing its place in Kansas as well
- SOME sort of mention of Lana Lang or Pete Ross, perhaps when Clark comes back to Smallville and Martha says that they've long since moved away
- The military coordinating with the Smallville police, with the police chief being named Chief Parker
- Some kind of scene referencing a historic Superman cover. I'd say the Action Comics #1 cover but Returns sort of did that already. Maybe a shot of Supes flying and the camera catching him in the position he was in on the Superman #1 cover

How about none of the cheap, corny hints for this film, please?

Most Easter Eggs just grate me.
Like in Iron Man: "just call us SHIELD"
Or in Captain America when you see Arnim Zola's face on this square screen in his first scene. BUH lol

Last thing I want is some pointless scene like
"Is this the bus to Metropolis?"
"Sorry buddy, this is for GOTHAM CITY!!"
Hate that shizz.

The only "Easter Eggs" of sorts I'd like are ones that are relevant to the immediate film, and if it's for future films then only if they're dealt with in a non-cheesy way.
Less of the smug, cheesy lines where the actors may as well wink at the camera.

Snyder can catch so many of the images from a drawing and bring them to life it is crazy, so I'd definitely love to see something like that. I am sure he will have a lot of images similar to that. He had them in Watchmen, so I am sure he would have them here.

Three things...
1. I don't want to see him in that suit
2. I don't want to see him fly
and 3. He has to fight a giant spider in the third act

Remember in Superman II when one of them got fired through a billboard or something along those lines?

I'd like something similar to happen - have Superman grab Zod by the neck and hurl him through a billboard, smashing it to bits. And the billboard must have Bryan Singer's face on it.

:woot: That would make my day :D

That would be brilliant. As an added bonus, Cher's "If I Could Turn Back Time" should be playing in the background. :hehe:

:pal:

i would love to see a silhouette of a giant alien ship (brainiac) heading toward the earth at the end of the movie.

- A scene with Lex where he mentions 40 cakes.

I used to laugh at this and think it was a cool idea but now I think it might end up like the 'I'm the Juggernaut *****' line in X-men 3. Facepalm worthy fail.

I'ld like to see this scene, perhaps even as the last scene...

I can really see Wynona Rider as the girl.

Also, it would be cool to have Margot Kidder yell 'Look! Up in the sky!'

On the Kent breakfast table.

:lmao:

You know what could be a debate for the ages? Which annoying kid ruined his respective movie more: Jason in SR or Little Orphan Ani in The Phantom Menace?

At this point in time and with all this debate I wouldn't be completely surprised if something similar to this made it's way into the film... :hehe:

I would like a reference to Red Son. Probably just a piece of dialogue by someone wondering about how Superman came to be.

Dan Turpin and Maggie Sawyer. Actually, they should be real characters in the movie...

A nod of some sort to Krypto.

There's a lot, really...I hope to be pleasantly surprised.

Clarks at the laundry mat doin his wash... he's emptying his cloth and pulls out a pair of briefs (that got dyed red in the wash) he looks at them with a confused look on his face, saying "these aren't mine...?"

Edit:
also a good place for a Routh cameo... as Clark is looking at the red briefs in confusion, Rouths walk over saying "sorry, those are mine..." LOL

Clark shopping for some red trunks or asking someone if they have seen his trunks.

Faora tries to kill a kid from Texas with an English accent.
Lois claiming how stupid real-estate schemes are.
Kristin Kreuk cameos as a girl who says, "Look! Up in the sky!".

Damn! I'd love that. Turpin and Sawyer?? Yes please.

Nothing. Easter eggs are like cigarettes, a bad habit you'd better get ride of.
Leave this to Marvel.

I would hate it if anything to do with Smallville makes an appearance. 10 wasted years.

I don't mind Easter Eggs as long as they're funny or blink and you'll miss. I don't want to hear references to Gotham or Coast City or 'that giant bat' or 'that crazy green guy' or some such ********.

The Routh cameo would make me laugh a lot though.

I would like to see him get changed in a phonebox as a nod to past films and incarnations.
