What Happend to Family Guy?

If you are that tight assed why are you watching this show? They do stuff like this all the time.:whatever:

No, they really don't.

They've had peter and the giant chicken go at it a few times, and they've had stewie beat the **** out of brian a few times.

That's it.

Then they go ahead and have Stewie brutally kill a member of the family/a new pet, just because he humped his stuffed animal. That's ****ed on a level that shouldn't even be messed with.

Animal violence in any way shape or form is never, and should never, be funny. It's one of the cruelest things one could do, as most often the animal can't even begin to understand what's happening let alone defend themselves.

Wait.... why watch a show which has a bunch of humor based on offending people... if you're just going to get offended once they get to you.

Because most of the humor is actually funny. However, what stewie did wasn't funny. It wasn't cute. It wasn't some kind of a joke. He went out, brutally murdered a defensless dog, and threw him in the trash. How is that supposed to be in any way funny?

Because Stewie has yet again done something horribly violent.... just like beating Brian, killing Lois, and doing all other sorts of bad things.

Also because Brian 2 had his way with Rupert and that was Stewie's reason for killing him. And then the note 'from Brian 2' about committing suicide by cutting himself up into little pieces and throwing himself in the trash.

Yeah. Nothing is funnier than suicide :whatever:

Oh noes! They killed that poor not so innocent cartoon dog!

I still hear it and don't want to blast my computer's volume and become deaf.

I think it was funny, because the poor defenseless cartoon dog had cartoon raped a cartoon stuffed animal.

I understand Family Guy's genre, as I've been watching the show since literally day 1 back in 1999. That doesn't mean that I won't find part of one of the episodes (IE; the part where Stewie brutally murders a defensless pet and throws him in the garbage like he's a bananana peel) gross and a bit overboard.

Hahaha thats like me saying that I thought they went to far in the episode where Lois' crazy brother starts killing fat people, because Im fat.

Thing is, he's hardly defenseless in the show now is he?
Brian could probably hold his own against Peter, and both Brian and Brian II are fully developed intellectuals, so they know what they're doing and what's going on.

Lets look at it from this point of view. You have a 1 year old son, who finds out your new dog was humping his favorite stuffed animal, and said 1 year old son goes and brutally chops up your new dog and throws him in the garbage.

That's ****ed on such a higher level than "killing fat people" or anything else they've ever done on the show, with the exception of the time where Stewie beat the **** out of brian, which is just a bit lower.

how is a one year old killing a dog more ****ed up than a serial killer killing only fat people?
