Since I have yet to find a comic book store here in Japan(plenty of comic book paraphenalia stores just no comics). So help a brother out and get me caught up with whats been going on.

The New Warriors started up as an anti-SHRA/Initiative underground team with ex-mutants like Beak and Wing as members under an apparently resurrected Night Thrasher. Most surprising of all, however, is that the comic is actually pretty good.

The Runaways got bumped back into the 1800s.

Thor finally came back.

Astonishing X-Men still takes forever for a new issue to come out.

Annihilation: Conquest has started off with [blackout]the Phalanx[/blackout] revealed as the villains. They've shunted the majority of Kree space out of phase with the rest of the universe and Phyla-Vell's Quantum Bands are telling her to find a chosen one who'll restore everything to normal.

Nova came back, had heart-to-hearts with Justice and Emoball, fought the Thunderbolts, decided Earth wasn't for him anymore, and took off back into space.

New Coke still sucks.

Yes. He wasn't, but he didn't deny it because he figured he was discriminated against already, so what's one more marginalizing trait? Or something. I didn't really understand what Morrison or Casey or whoever was trying to do there.
