I wonder how that could be? There is no evidence of her pregnancy in her storyline on Wireless...but maybe that's revealed.

Maybe HRG sent her on a suicide mission in order to keep her from Claire.

I think the graphic novels are just loosely connected to the series. the details in them, that is. they just don't synch up continuity-wise.
