Comics What If? Spider-Man vs. Wolverine

I read it. It's pretty wild and takes quite a leap in logic. Spider-Man as a killing secret agent type with bullets in his web-shooters is a freaky concept.

 

I loved how crazy developed his Spider-sense was.

Despite it's very bizaare take... I loved it!

So much so, I'd love to see a mini on this U a la HOM: Avengers. I bet it'd be a lot more fun too!

As for the suit, I totally dig it, but it's pretty much a straight rip off of the costume Sony/Raimi commissioned Alex Ross to design for the Spider-Man film franchise



That's pretty much it, but Peter has guns on his wrists in this What If? As well a utility belt...

 

It's kinda Deadpoolish.

 

You know, I've always felt Deapool has a lot of Spidey in his character. He's kinda like the 'Spidey,' of the Weapon X program

It is.

While it sounds like a ridiculous idea, within the short amount of pages they made it pretty plausible.

Like I said before, I'd love to see someone pick up this nifty thread

 

Just read this issue and I gotta say that this is probably the best What If comic to come out in recent years. Hell its one of the better Spidey stories I've read in awhile and its not even canon.

 

I haven't picked it up, but I think I will soon.
