Kane's death in Alien. Such a fantastic and terrifying scene. I wish I was there to see that opening night in the cinema. What an experience that would've been!

Roy Batty's death in Blade Runner is just a beautiful and poignant scene in one of my favourite films. It brilliantly distills the thematics of Blade Runner into one moment.

Oh man. People give Shatner a lot of **** for his acting but he was amazing in this scene and giving the eulogy after. When his voice cracks when he says that Spock was the most human person he’s ever known, it makes me cry. Every time I watch it.

She was in a severe vehicle crash. The sort of crash a lot of people dont survive. Could have been internal bleeding caused by broken ribs or other bones lacerating organs and blood vessels. Or a spinal cord injury. Or damage to her heart. Or brain damage caused by inertia slamming her brain up against her skull.

I agree about the acting being pretty damn awful tho. And what makes it worse is that there were better takes. Supposedly Marion was shocked when she saw the film because Nolan, for whatever reason, used one of the worst takes that they shot.

That’s weird that Nolan would do that. It happens a lot though. I remember I was in this terrible indie film a while back and these directors made us do like 20 different takes of every single scene. And they used some of the worst ones for me and another actor who played my sidekick. We were really angry after watching it.
