What is the nicest thing someone has done for you or you've done for someone?

Sorry if this is lame!

It's pretty self explanatory. I'll start.

A few weeks ago I let my Uncle take my car down to Florida and back. We live in RI so its roughly 1500 miles down and 1500 back. I let him use it cause there was no way his junk van would make it. I broke down a couple of times. I drove his junk van for 2 weeks and let him take mine.

One of the nicest things done for me was my ex's parents paid for my trip on a cruise to the Carribean.

Lots of people have been nice to me. Today my car broke down and a man not only helped me figure out what was wrong but also offered to have it fixed at his shop and not charge me anything for labor. Very nice.

A few weeks ago one of my co-workers did some of my paperwork for me so I could visit a friend in the hospital and that was pretty nice too.

Generally speaking I think that given a chance a lot of people are willing to do good deeds because being a nice person makes you feel better.

And can also help get you laid.

One moment that pop into my head is when i accidently rear-ended this guy's van. It turns out that he had to get to his job at the hospital in a few minutes and the van belonged to his boss. Luckily for me, he didn't flip me off or curse me out. Thank god for that too cause i was really scared that i was gonna get a ticket and points on my license. but the guy let me go and was pretty level-headed and laid-back the whole time.

This was my first car accident so i really had no clue what to do but he didn't press any charges and i walked away ticket-free

I was walking down the sidewalk while on vacation, checking out the shops along the beach. Right after I walked past a family that was walking onto the road I noticed a speeding car coming. I immediately jumped into the road and pushed a little girl out of the way. I ended up where she was, and I was struck by the car and though I am fine now, I do occasionally have aches and pains in the leg that was hit to this day.

PS: The family id not stick around to see if I lived (I was practically under the car after being hit) and they did not thank me or anything. In fact, I dont recall a single time in my life where Ive ever gone above and beyond to help another person and not ended up regretting it.

My missus got me a season ticket for West Ham last year and we spent a weekend in a nice little country hotel for my birthday. She did very nice things to me

Well, it's true...

I met a guy who hit hard times...he needed a job and a place to stay. I hired him on as promotions assistant on a huge festival...he partied with rock stars and celebrities...had all of his expenses comped out...lived the good life. We got back home and I told him I would keep him employed and he could stay in my extra house for free until he saved up money to relocate home to his parents. Within a week he had sold everything in the house for a bus ticket to his parents house. He sold a couch that cost 2 thousand dollars for 20 bucks...ridiculous...

A friend of mine who I had known for years needed cash because he was behind on his bills and was facing eviction, car repossession etc. I gave him the money to pay all of his bills up to date...thousands of dollars...and asked him to feed my cat for a week while I was away on work. He gave my cat away because he didnt feel like going to my house every day to feed it because he's "not my slave".

I have a million stories like this...large and small. People simply do not appreciate what you do for them.

I'll watch your cat for a week if you give me 10,000 dollars. That's all i need. I don't want to have to do a crime . I'm a good person , I would of sold your couch for at least 70 bucks ..
