Well, all was peaceful when I first moved into my apartment. Then guess what? Some people that appear to never sit down, and wear clogs all day long moved directly above me.




So they just got a nice letter from uhhh "management" on their door with the official logo and contact info/hours of operation info

In this letter they were informed to be respectful of the community (bwah ha) and to make sure they are mindful of loud footsteps, moving furniture, and misc noises that transfer to the floor below them. It was also stated in this letter that the management team takes policies very serious.

As for what has happened to me living in an apt complex?

Well a threatening note from someone that didn't like me in their parking spot. There is no reserved parking, unless you pay for it and they put a sign for you there. This was not a reserved spot, you can park where you want unless marked, and it was open so I parked there after my shift ended.

One morning I'm told in a note "I will slash your tires, and f*** you up if you ever park there again"

So I figured out who wrote the note. I wrote one back "I know who you are, you have been reported. Have a nice day."

I have not seen them park their car on the same floor since

The most annoying for me is the noise level. We get this guy next door who really enjoys blaring his music at top level. I've gone over and asked him to turn it down 20 or so times.

Finally last week I basically told him he was an idiot and I was coming over all the time. His excuse was his stereo didn't go lower than that. Moron.

well seems he finally go the message it hasn't been to bad since then. Can still hear but at least it's tolerable not able to hear exactly the songs he's playing every damn day.

We also got a hardcore pot head across from us, can't stand the smell, and a screaming banshee every morning during the week she's screaming at her kid and we can hear it. She's across the hall and 2 doors down from us.

Apart from continually telling our neighbour to keep it down we keep to ourselves and try not to annoy the people around us.

Hey I got the same Clogg wearing neighbors upstairs too! Except they got, like, at least 6 kids who run up and down the stairs every morning at 9am, then they drag their scooters down the stairs and run back and forth right outside my window screaming. They also really like to throw rocks.

I guess I got dropped off drunk one night and one of them left their shoes in the middle of the sidewalk, so I guess I peed on them.

We are moving on Thursday specificly because of them, they are so damn loud and managment says they can't do anything. We tried to talk to them, but they don't care. Never living downstairs again.

To have to move all your s*** which is a lot of work to another apartment, all because some dumbass it tromping upstairs is quite ridiculous

My washing machine flooded one day and the water leaked downstairs to the lobby. It wasn't until my mom got home a few hours later and saw it that she made me go downstairs to clean it up before the super saw it. He never saw it, but I did here a bunch of people comment on a big puddle of water that covered half the lobby.

Just moved into my new place 3 weeks ago everything seemed nice..until this last week, My neighbors keep blasting their music waking me up at 1am...grrrrr
