What is your favorite Decade from 1960-2000?

Yeah the 90's were the best. The 2000s were pretty good but they can't beat the 90's.

That's often the case.
Not in my case though. I was there for almost the entire 70's. The only problem was that I was a little kid, biting my fist as all these honey-golden 70's foxes in Levis cut-offs that went right up to their pelvises gushed over how "cute" I was and then walked off with their bad-ass boyfriends.

And that is the time I wish I could've had a band.
I prefer the old, stodgy system..."start a band, get some shows at local bars, grow a following, send off tapes to record companies, get signed, tour stadiums"
I hate this glut of music, glut of media, every ****** has a voice that he never earned, iPOD, myspace, youtube, bulls***.

yet, it's easier to be heard, specially if you have something more important to say than all the other naggers

let's just say that good art is like water, it always flows and finds a way out

I find this decade more similar in many ways to the early 60's and the mid to late 80's

still, I have hope for the next 3 years that we finally reach universal enlightenment

here's the thing

most of us tend to romanticize other times, specially ones we've never lived in, but if any one of us were to be sent to say, the 60's, I'm quite sure there would be much more complaining about the things we are used to but we wouldn't have at the time, trying to figure out how to get out of there and most importantly, anywhere, except where the good stuff would be

most everyone that voted for the 60's would most likely be at home watching star trek instead of being on their way to san francisco

you might almost be right here, but then, i was never a big Star Trek fan, nor have i ever had any desire to go to San Francisco... but i kinda-sorta see what you're saying... i don't agree, but i see it...

Chicks were at their hottest in the 70's.
Best television ever.

Women were way hot in the '70's

Televison...way too many cop drama's...poor Barnaby Jones would'nt even see the light of day today.
