Well outside of this board, Guardians of the Galaxy will definitely not get the most votes.
Are you upset that it does? Who cares? People are looking forward to Guardians of the Galaxy a lot more than some of you expected.

I don't think they meant it like that. It's just more likely than not the people who are most excited about the film are people who know about comics and the team and therefore people who would likely post on this board versus just your random person voting on a poll on a major site.

Cap 2 hands down. Couldn't care less for non marvel Studios films sicne tehy are not canon to, well, the canon. And Cap 1 was very cool :)

Even still there are a lot of people who've never heard of GotG before the film was announced that are excited.

Cap
FF
TA2
DOFP
GOTG

Everything else is just kinda there.

GOTG JUST beats out DOFP for me. X-Men are my favourite heroes, and I loved the first 2 movies so Singer being back gives me huge hope plus the concept is just amazing and this will easily be the biggest X-Men movie yet.

But I am also a huge fan of cosmic Marvel, and with Drax and Ronan being two of my favourite characters I just cnt wait. But, there is something else with GOTG as well, while I cant wait for the movie itself, what will come after excites me just as much, surely they will go more and more into the cosmic stuff and there is a whole universe out there to exlore, the mind boggles at the possibilities of cosmic Marvel on the big screen.

1. Captain America: The Winter Soldier (tie)
1. The Avengers 2 (tie)
3. Thor: The Dark World
4. Guardians of the Galaxy
5. Ant-Man

The others I really have no interest in seeing at all. They are either sequels to films I disliked or the reboot of a mishandled franchise.

I'm not upset, I'm just saying the truth.

If you go to other websites with a poll like this, you will see that Guardians of the Galaxy is not earning the most votes especially against upcoming films from X-Men, Spider-Man and The Avengers.

The way you wrote it makes it seem like you have something against GOTG:
"Well outside of this board, Guardians of the Galaxy will definitely not get the most votes."
I think this factoid is pretty obvious, what reason do you have for saying it?

Well I have seen polls like this in other websites and GOTG definitely didn't get more votes than Spidey 2, X-Men and the Avengers 2.

With the exception of The Amazing Spider-Man 2 I'm either excited or interested (Fantastic 4) for all of them. Avengers 2 takes the cake though.

I don't blame you for thinking that because it really does seem psylock has something against it. Swore up and down the movie wouldn't get made, and then when they announced it says it for sure will be an utter failure.

lol!

Avengers 2 is definitively the one I'm anticipating the most, bug GOTG is a close second, because the concept is intriguing.
As the for others, I'm interested with them...
I'm sure, with Lauren Donner Shuler and Singer on board that DOFP (with Fox only, it would have been crap but with these 2, I have some hope) will be a good movie, and even if I hated TASM, I'm ready to give the second one a chance, because I like Spidey and that, now that it is no more an origin story (the big fault of the movie), the movie can live by itself.
The only on that I'm not interested at all is FF... I like them, I know that a good FF movie can be amazing beyond imagination, but... well... with Fox at work, didn't we already know how it will turn out ? Yes, Josh Trank is a very good director, but will he be free to do what he had in mind ? I'm pretty sure to know the answer. Good old micromanagement will give us another Fox "masterpiece"

Wow. There are just so many, and I don't have an overall favorite to see, but I guess, gun to my head? AVENGERS 2. That is not to say that all the releases are miles away in the hype department from the next team up of Earth's Mightiest Heroes. Thor: The Dark World gives us the continuing saga of the Thor, Loki, Odin relationship with a better look at the 9 Realms. Captain America: The Winter Soldier has Nick Fury on the run, Rob Redford, Falcon, more Scarjo Widow, Peggy Carter and the return of... Well I won't spoil it for those that haven't read the story. Guardians of the Galaxy is a bit of a head scratcher for me. I think Cosmic Marvel could be a great match for the big screen. I am just skeptical about THIS idea being the one to bring that part of the MCU alive. However between seeing how they thread that needle with this incredible cast they're in the process of putting together, GOTG is very much of interest to me. As for the FOX releases... CHRONICLE makes me excited and uneasy at Trank doing FF. I am actually down with Jordan as Johnny. It's the more downbeat and dark aspects of Trank's previous work that gives me pause as to whether or not he's the man to helm Marvel's First Family (even if the movie is at FOX). The X-Men? Days of Futures Past follows on the list behind The Wolverine as my least anticipated. I am interested in seeing where Singer and Co. take things, but this franchise has to really make up some ground in my eyes.

Yeah, but more than Avengers? Ninja please.

That's only because details are still scarce on TA2. The only things Joss have confirmed about the movie is that Wanda & Pietro are in it, that it's more personal than Avengers 1, and that he's "twisting the knife" on them, whatever that means. At this point, we're still in speculation wars about Thanos, Masters of Evil, Ultron, about how many Avengers will be on the roster, about who (if anybody) "dies" in this one, etc.

GOTG, otoh, has been delivering a ton of very interesting casting news with some very big names involved, so the hype is going into interstellar overdrive.

And yet you don't post links? Where are they, sony.com and fox.com? :hehe:

TASM2 love Spidey is my fav hero and I love TASM. Followed by TA2. DOFP would be higher but Singer made SR and Jack The Giant Slayer...

Gotta go with X-Men, that story lines always been a favourite of mine.

I have zero interest right now in GOTG but that's pretty much cause I don't know a thing about it.

The rest I'm excited for especially Cap and Spidey 2

I don't think you comprehended what I said, but okay.

TASM2 will make the most money... Freakin Spider-Man. Move over Iron Man, the king of Marvel returns. Foxx shooting volts? Hell yeahhhhh
