lol man i didnt think it was tht bad, im stil a lil hmmmmm about those stingers tho, but i kindda enjoyed it lol it was wierd tho....when peter was in his cocoon talkin to the spider-man thing but yeh i didnt fink it was all bad part from the stingers, now im gonan try read the debut of the iron spidey costume

I think a lot of people take the 'Iron Spidey,' thing a little too seriously. In all honesty, whether the costume is liked or not, is completely irrelevant, the suit very much serves a purpose foe Spider-Man's role in the Marvel Universe, during and post Civil War.

To be honest, people not likeing the suit actually works for the storyline, we knew all along that Spidey at some point was going to turn on Tony, for all that's he's done to Pete, so they become enemies, and technically, Peter himself will hate the suit.

You know what though, I've never been really here nor there with the actual liking of the look, (always seemed kind of bland to me,) butI realised it completely did it's job when I showed the 1st images to my Mother strangely enough... I asked her what she thought, and she just said to me, Spider-Man looks like Iron Man now. My MOTHER said that! That's when I told her, Iron Man made it, she just said, 'there you go!' If she got it without even reading the story, it truly served it's purpose.

Yeah...it had some promise int he beginning, but somewhere about the time that Aunt May and Mary Jane put on Iron Man suits and went back in time with Peter, or somewhere about the time that Peter grew bone-claws and ate someone's head, I lost interest.

Honestly, like Wolvie 2020 said, it's not tha tthe Iron Spidey suit itself is anythign to go ape**** over, but it's just a means to an end. We are supposed to dislike it, and we're supposed to want Peter to leave Stark and go on his own again. In that respect, it has served it's purpose.

That being said, if I could go without ever seeing it again, that would be great. The black suit is coming back, so we'll get compensated rather well...t:
