I'm currently wearing a pair of Etnies that are pretty unique. Maynard James Keenan, lead singer of Tool, has a solo project called Puscifer. He made a pair of Puscifer shoes. I have a pair of em:

Those look pretty similar to Pharrell's original BBC Ice Cream shoes back in 2005. They were released in very limited numbers and were very expensive.
