That would be a great idea.

I've also been on board for a long time for there to be an NXT title match at WM. Seriously, say someone just goes to a friend's house to watch WM, and they see this NXT match. That is the perfect advertising to get more subscribers to the WWE Network to see more NXT.

With [BLACKOUT]Finn Bálor and Adrian Neville[/BLACKOUT] in the No. 1 Contenders match at the next live special, maybe the winner could face the champion at Wrestlemania.

Yeah, maybe Triple H will give up his Wrestlemania spot so his NXT guys can shine.

:lmao:

Seriously though, great idea, in all for it. Can't see Vince being up for it though, which is stupid.

Considering Triple-H has spent his last few matches making NXT graduates look like world beaters, I actually wouldn't surprise me at all.

Edit: well, it would surprise me, but only because Triple-H vs Sting is still probably a bigger draw than any NXT match.

Oh Man just imagine

[blackout] If Finn Balor wins and it is at WM imagine what his interance will be like.[/blackout]

I can't see Vinny Mac actually letting an NXT title match go on at WM. It will most likely steal the show and we all know Vince isn't for that.

I don't understand burying your talent. Commentators should be talking them up to get them over.

Isn't of the big rumors that Vince Hates NXT? so I wouldn't be surprised if he's doing it on purpose just to prove that the NXT talent can't make it in the big leagues.

Guys I just had a thought.

Does it sound kind of like, maybe a doctor literally said to Bryan that they won't know if his body will hold up until he gets back in the ring? And that's what the matches with Balor and Zayn were about?

Like it sounds like those matches were more about testing his health than working out ring rust.

It's like he's senile, and doesn't fully understand that NXT is his own product.

NXT would probably be better off left off the main shows until Vince dies. Either he or Kevin Dunn would really mess up any match royally out of spite. It would be nice if they pushed someone like Sami Zayn or Sasha Banks into some major matches, but they'd get caught up in the WWE perpetually shooting itself in the foot too often to make the mark that they should be making. We're talking about a product where the main shows feature Cena and whoever is the top champion as the only things pushed with relevance. I'd rather NXT stay out of it. I have a bad feeling that any NXT match on a Wrestlemania card would end up being a short, 4 minute match with Orton RKOing the competitors as the finish.

If this recent report of Vince and Triple H having creative meetings on their own is true, HHH is hopefully talking some sense into him with no side interference from Dunn or any other of Vince's cronies.

Nobody talks sense into Vinny Mac. Not tonight! Not any night!

It's funny how people like to trash HHH on one hand, but want him to take over the WWE from Vince on the other.

I'm truly in support of creative decisions that Triple H has been behind when it's something that doesn't involve him (NXT, various signings he's made, pushing Cesaro before Vince cuts it back down). If he's involved in the story nine times out of ten it obviously sways in his favor as opposed to what would be best for the story (that one out of ten is putting Bryan over clean at WM30 leading to the triple threat).

When he was a full time guy, I agree, and it used to piss me off all the time. But while you acknowledged him putting over Bryan, you left off him looking like the Shield's ***** two ppv shows in a row.

I'm sure there's going to come a day when Triple H will have "his" guy to shove down our throats like Vince does with "his" guys (Reigns, ect). Triple H sees the faults in the company and can/wants to fix them. Vince is in the la la land of denial.

Wasn't there a report recently that Triple H is the one pushing for Reigns to headline Wrestlemania while Vince was having second thoughts? Of course it was a dirt sheet report so it's probably bull, but still...

Honeslty guys do you think the Backstage Fallout segments would actually enhance the shows like Raw if they were on there instead of the Internet?

Seriously those vignettes have more character development than the Raws.

I remember when the APA use to have several backstage scenes in their "office" backstage and at the "Friendly Tap" bar.

- There continues to be strong interest from WWE in former Ring of Honor Champion Adam Cole. There has been interest from WWE in the past but there’s more of a feeling now that he could get signed.

Cole recently got shoulder surgery in hopes that he would be good for a potential post-WrestleMania 31 signing.

Cole going to WWE is not 100% at this point but the interest goes both ways. He has reportedly told some people that he’s re-signing with ROH but the deal has not been finalized yet and with him out of action, there has been no urgency to sign the deal.

WWE is expected to offer deals to other talents after WrestleMania 31 including former TNA star Tommy “Crimson” Mercer. He had a tryout at the WWE Performance Center back in December.

- Former WWE stars Vito Lograsso (Big Vito) and Evan Singleton (Adam Mercer in developmental) have filed a class-action “concussion lawsuit” against WWE in the state of Pennsylvania. They are being represented by the same lawyer as former WWE star Billy Jack Haynes, who also has a lawsuit out against WWE.

The complaints from Haynes and Lograsso/Singleton appear to be virtually identical except for short paragraphs about the complainants.

Singleton’s complaint mentions wrestling WWE Superstar Erick Rowan in developmental as Singleton claims, “After approximately 15 matches, during which he sustained multiple traumas, he suffered a serious head injury during a match with Eric Rowen [sic]. The WWE cleared him to continue wrestling after inadequate rest time and downplayed his injury.”

Singleton was apparently out of action for five months after a match against Rowan. He then worked one more match and was released from his developmental deal. Singleton has suffered from a number of severe neurological symptoms and later found out that he had bleeding in the left hemisphere of his brain.

Lograsso noted that he “suffers from serious neurological damage, including severe headaches, memory loss, depression and anxiety, as well as deafness.”

Mauro Ranallo's play by play commentary is good on that first New Japan episode.

Definitely enjoyed him and Barnett's commentary.they not only were putting over the guys in the ring and calling the moves but it's clear they did their homework when it comes to pro wrestling stuff in general especially NJPW stuff.

Maybe I've gone nuts, but Impact's been surprisingly enjoyable. Lots of good in ring action, storyline progression, solid character work. The presentation works and the commentary's been tolerable. I'm even digging EC3 to my utter shock and awe.

My only real criticism has been turning EY and Lashley. That and I'm not really buying James Storm's dollar store Bray Wyatt schtick.

It's clear that Mauro isn't just some puro and MMA guy either. He knows American wrestling as well. Bennett was not bad but I was impressed by Ranallo more.
