I forgot about Sheamus , that's another heel turn that needs to happen. Is Sheamus returning at the Rumble? and where is Orton , I thought he was working house shows.

Orton is shooting the unnecessary sequel to the Condemned.

Sting/Wyatt would have been AMAZING...9 months ago.
It still will be now. There aren't to many matches that we haven't seen. I mean, it seems like the same guys wrestle every Monday and Thursday night now. The build up to a match between the two would be amazing.
Undertaker is done. A match between him and Sting at this point would probably just disappoint.
I'd love to find out the hard way. Plus it can't be more disappointing than HHH/Sting.
Not really, but it's gonna happen. Agreed on Trips. Sting vs Wyatt I'd be very interested in seeing.

Daniel Bryan recently spoke about his ideal situation for WrestleMania and more. Here are the highlights…

On Sting vs. Triple H: “I think he’d do very well. But it will be interesting because there’s a lot of pressure in WWE. And he’s older now. Let’s see how he handles that kind of pressure, whether it is a WrestleMania match or doing something at the Royal Rumble. It has been a long time since he’s performed in front of a crowd that big.”

On Paul Heyman: “Paul Heyman’s been an incredible performer for years and he’s been able to change and evolve with the way the business has evolved. To me, I feel like he’s very ahead of the curve. If you talk to Paul Heyman, he’s like a wrestling genius. He understands the fan base, he knows what people want. He’s an amazing performer.”

On Brock Lesnar: “Literally, my ideal scenario for Sunday would be I win the Royal Rumble, Brock Lesnar wins his WWE World Heavyweight championship match, and then we wrestle in the main event of WrestleMania. That’s what I hope happens. It’ll be interesting to see what actually does happen.”

I hope WWE pulls the trigger on Bryan vs Lesnar at Mania. I'm not going to be upset if Reigns wins the Rumble though. They had better be smart enough to book Reigns vs Cena if they go with Roman because Reigns will not get cheered over Brock, or Rollins, or Ambrose(If they do the Shield triple threat.).

The match has lost some of its stellar since The Streak is gone and Wyatt is recovering his momentum, but on the bright side, the buildup will be great and The Eater Of Worlds' chances of winning has gone sky high.

Undertaker is done. A match between him and Sting at this point would probably just disappoint.

Its all good. The reaction from the Dallas crowd will make up for it.

How many years do you guys think Roman Reigns will be the face of the company?

10 years at least if he remains in good health LOL

Just saw the Feast Or Fired segment, guess who got the boot?

Honestly, I'd never thought I would ever see Sting in the WWE. I did hear of the Sting to WWE rumors starting in the summer, but until he stepped into an actual WWE Ring, I didn't believe it, even with his Comic-Con appearance.

I wouldn't mind seeing Taker sit this WM out, and maybe come back next year for a retirement match. The loss of the streak is still a "thing" right now, and it's going to overshadow any match he has this year, whether it's against Sting, Lesnar, Wyatt, whoever.

If Taker sits out this year, next year his return will be a bigger deal, and that alone would help sell whatever match he's in.

That's not a bad idea. At least WrestleMania won't be overbooked. I don't mind Reigns winning the Rumble. He could face Rollins and/or Cena for the title. I really don't know , but I definitely want to see Bryan vs Brock and that math doesn't need the title involved.

Orton finished filming that before TLC. He started working house shows to gear up for a return and got hurt.

Ok that makes sense. I thought it was weird that he showed up and suddenly disappeared.

I've said a few days ago that it's probably best if they have UT make a apperence to maybe tease a Retirement match at WM 32. Also I agree if Reigns is going to win the title I just don't think him vs. Lesnar is the way to go. Lesnar would get the fan support over Reigns put him against Cena and he might get the fan support and Rollins is 50/50 IMO.

I wished, but it was who grabbed that briefcase.

Damn it...It was Austin Aries wasn't it?

Nevermind: Still sucks that it was Velvet Sky instead of Robbie E.

I heard some criticism this week about the way Natalya is portrayed on Total Divas. Natalya is universally liked and respected backstage and one observer criticized the way she was made to “look like a fool” in the segments with Paige.

Speaking of Paige, she’s dating Kevin Skaff, who is the guitarist from the band A Day To Remember. He was asked to take part in Total Divas but declined. The reason we mention this is there is some footage of him but it’s unknown if it will be used on the reality series.

Enjoyed this week's Impact as it flowed better than last week's. They hyped up Feast or Fired and paid off in the end. Also enjoyed the street fight with Lashley and MVP.

My fantasy booking had Lesnar v Cena at Rumble in a No DQ match, with Rollins cashing in after they beat themselves bloody a la NOC, then Ambrose and Reigns as the final two in the Rumble and eliminating each other a la Hart and Michaels (?) in '94, setting up a Shield triple threat at Mania.

BUT, since Cena and Lesnar would still have legit claims on the title since Rollins would've cashed in before their match ended, I'd have had that turned into a Triple Threat Turmoil match, Ambrose v Reigns v Rollins v Lesnar v Cena :hehe: so everyone gets what they want.

I wouldn't mind a Reigns Rumble win where he'd go on to face Rollins, and Ambrose, and Bryan vs Lesnar as the ultimate underdog topples the beast incarnate, shattering the B+ player comments. If they go that route, I'd have Cena vs Rusev, Wyatt vs Ziggler and Orton vs Bad News Barrett?

I know every now and then you have to suspend belief with wrestling.
But there is now way I could suspend it enough to believe Bryan would stand a chance against Lesnar.

If there is anyone who just has the "it" factor who is completely believable at what he does it is Lesnar. When he comes out I believe he could kill who ever he faces. He has beat on and defeated HHH, Cena and Taker (whom hopefully never wrestles again).

I could never buy Bryan beating Lesnar.
Heck I could not buy Reigns being Lesnar.

I see Lesnar losing at some point but do to maybe a triple threat match where he does not get pinned himself.

Well that could happen on Sunday.

Total agreement here. Lesnar is a monster. The only way him dropping the title to anyone in a believeable fashion is in a gimmicky match like triple threat or maybe getting knocked out by some outside interference. Bryan beating Cena was impressive because only a handful of people have done that cleanly in the past decade. But Cena is not a beast. But who knows. Obviously in wrestling there are finishes that don't make sense.

Rollins vs Lesnar at Mania with Lesnar as the face would be utterly stupid, and while I agree that I don't think anyone could legitimately beat Brock, Bryan vs Brock is the classic Rocky vs Ivan Drago match. Brock will do the job on his way out whether it's to Bryan or Reigns or even Orton, without question, whether some can buy it or not is irrelevant.
