1. I usurped my enemy's life after he relentlessly hounded me for killing his son. In a bizarre twist of fate, he ended up raising mine.
2. The love of my life refused to accept my death, and as a result, I watched her die twice.
3. After being made to question my existence and projecting my identity onto one of my pawns, the authorities learned that they had me in their clutches & had eagerly let me go.
4. I couldn't trust my friends, so I allied myself with a stranger. He made it seem that he had ended up betraying me in order to get the truth out.
5. Despite the fact that I tend to endanger the life of anyone who disagrees with me or disappoints me, fans found it hard to accept that I was a whiny brat in my youth.

Wow. Nice pick, but I never even saw that one.

Frank Costello from Departed?

:D

6. The actor who played me once recorded a song w/the brother of the actress who plays my love interest. So did she.
7. In the play on which my movie was based, I was actually supposed to die in the second act. (Hint: the actresses who played me both on stage & on screen have the same first name)
8. Whenever I complete a life-threatening mission, I celebrate my victory by doing something which could ultimately kill me.
9. Despite my gripping victories over cyber-terrorists, international drug dealers, a bomb-crazed thief and his equally greedy brother, I'll probably be best remembered for nothing other than my catch phrase.
10. Depending on the filmmaker, I am either a cigar-smoking old coot, a woman who dares not speak or a black man with a twisted sense of humor.

I am a man wrongly acused for a murder. As I am sent to prison you learn about the truth of imprisonment and what it take to overcome it inside your head.

Anything with William Shanter?

I am a man who now witnesses an event to what I think is divine intervention.

Jules Winfield ?

That would've been my guess.
#8 is Steven Hiller, or Will Smith from ID4, 9 is McClain & #10 is most assuredly God.
11. I was painfully unaware of my own intelligence until it was pointed out to me by a con man; in another version of the same film, it was pointed out to me by a friend.
12. Many attempts have been made to eliminate me because of the threat that I pose. But if my present goals were to ever succeed, there's no way I should have even been born.

Why the question mark? If John Connor's plans to prevent Judgement Day were to ever succeed, how could he ever have been born? No J-Day, no time travel, no Terminators, Kyle & Sarah never meet. No John.

I was pretty sure I was right, but I haven't seen every movie ever made. For all I know there could be other films with similar circumstances.

That's why I try to choose my words very carefully.
13. I was named after a vampire, and I squared off against a man who was once rumored to be a blood-sucker himself.
