It might still be too early to tell, but if Watchmen scores big enough we could be seeing more adult-themed comics adaptions coming from Hollywood in the future. So which comics would you like to see on the big screen as long as they're not watered down, but instead shown in their full R-rated glory?

Sound off, Hypesters!

Judge Dredd

Mr.A

American Flagg!

hellblazer

Marshall Law

Hack/Slash

As for me, I'd love so see the following given the movie treatment:

1. Bill Willingham's Elementals

2. John Byrne's Next Men

3. J. Michael Straczynski's Supreme Power

Didn't we already get that?

Nope. That flick doesnt have much of anything to do with the book i love.
As a stand alone film it was okay popcorn fare but it wasnt Hellblazer.

100 Bullets

Hitman

Preacher (I think this is already being done...maybe)

A Hitman movie would be a special thing indeed. You'd need to get Ennis to write it, though.

Well at least they kept it R-rated.

Judge Dredd definately, along with Rogue Trooper from 2000 AD also.

Wouldnt mind another, more violent Spawn movie either.

*waits for someone to say Batman so I can smack them with a trout*

I'd like to see a Spawn film closer to the HBO series, which will likely need to be R rated.

lesbian sex and killing with swords!!( in Austin Powers voice) yeah babee!

I wouldn't mind a Razor movie or a Lethal Stryke movie. But they'd have to be NC-17 to be in any way faithful.

Preacher (although I don't know how the Hell that will come off properly) and Jonah Hex (hey, that one's happening!).

Judge Dredd would be fantastic if done properly.

They should give Dredd to Paul Verhoeven. Nobody does Futuristic, ultra-violent satire better. Plus he hasnt done Sci-Fi in years. It could be a comeback of sorts.

Y: The Last Man
Jonah Hex
Spawn remake (can't believe a studio hasn't touched this yet)
Moon Knight

That would be great. (Luis Guzman for Bueno Excellente and Vincent Cassel for Jean de baton-baton:woot:)
Also Alan Moore' Smaxx.
Richard Corben's Den.
Judge Dredd of course, with the dark judges.
LXG, closer to the source material.
Nighthawk vs Whiteface.
