What R-rated comics films would you like to see next?

After watching the "In Search of Steve Ditko" documentary, a film about that character would be .... interesting to say the least. :yay:

Absolutely. If they didnt compromise and stayed true to the character it'd be really special. Like the Rorshach parts of the Watchmen movie, only feature length.

Admittedly, the Mr. A section in the "Steve Ditko" documentary is one of my favourite parts of the documentary itself. I mean, you have to love Alan Moore laughing his ass off when quoting Ditko thoughts about "Rorshach being like Mr. A, only that Rorschach is insane". :woot:

Heh. Yeah, When i think of that Documentary, thats the part that always comes to mind before anything else..

And not to mention this little gem.

Batman: Black and White

Directed by Tim Burton (Keaton!), Christopher Nolan, Bruce W. Timm, Zack Snyder, Frank Miller/Robert Rodriguez, Guillermo del Toro + some obscure left-field choices like maybe Eli Roth or Pascal Laugier for horror Bats (Batman: Vampire!), Steve McQueen for "art"-Batman etc.

An R-Rated theatrically-released 'Daredevil' film, not under the power of 'Fox(not as long as Rothman's still there)'.

Jonah Hex has gotta be Rated R/18.

I would love to see 100 Bullets get the big screen treatment, obviously that would HAVE to be Rated R/18.

And if and when a Deadpool film comes along, it has to be Rated R/18. :up:

And I'd like to add Black Hole. Ficher is working on a movie version. It could be done on a shoestring budget...

Somebody probably already mentioned this one, but: A Fox-Less, R-Rated 'Daredevil: The Man Without Fear'. I only hope that 'Marvel' can get the property back before 'Fox' accepts this purposed "reboot".

HOLY ----! I ALREADY MENTIONED IT:wow::wow::wow:

Much as I am loath to propose a reboot, I say Spawn. Why would they attempt to make a kid-friendly Spawn movie? And in the same year-at damn near the same time-as we got a totally adult cartoon?!?!?!?!?

Never happen. WB is not going to make a Batman movie that kids can't see.

X-Force/X-Statix could probably be R...more Milligan's X-Force...X-Statix was a little more toned down...I would love to see the Back From The Dead arc as it was originally supposed to be...
