What should I get for my friends baby shower???

A friend of mine who I grew up together is throwing a baby shower this saturday!!! This going to be my first real baby shower!!! I've been invited before but I always end up a no show most of the time because those things are just tooo girly for me!!! But this I have to go since we been friends since we were kids!!! I want to get her something special but not too expensive because budget reasons. Any suggestions??? I almost forgot she's having a baby girl!!!
