Does anyone want to try to point out the bad things for the ones chosen? I always think that's fun.

For Wolverine I guess the bad thing would be the pain of constantly having sharp blades tears through your knuckles, you'll get use to it with the healing and all but that doesn't mean it won't hurt like hell.

Always been Spider-Man for me...

Probably because I often was able to identify with Peter and the problems he had in High School.

All of them with all of their powers and abilities, seriously. This is how it's done: I think about an actual comic book superhero and I'd end up with their powers. Think Season 1 Peter Petrelli from Heroes but with a new spin on it. Now you're probably thinking "That's silly, you can just think about Superman all the time", well there would be a 15 minute time limit and I can't use that Superhero for another day just like a video game power up.

As for heroes with no powers like Batman, Iron Man and Green Arrow, I'd gain their intellect and know-how to build gadgets, suits, archery skillds but can only use them when in "Batman/Iron Man/Green Arrow mode"

However as time passes and I grow as a hero and as a good person from doing all sorts of good feats, the time limit increases and the recharge time decreases.

Captain Marvel (SHAZAM)
  • Super speed
  • Super strength
  • Flight
  • Invulnerability
  • Great wisdom
  • The ability to turn the powers on or off at will
  • Ready disguise
Of course, I'd like to have it with the power of thought, only if I will to change, so no one can abuse it or stop me
And I wouldn't have to say a magic word to activate the powers
And no lightning

A lot of those powers aren't really practical. I mean who would want to be shunned by looking like the Beast or devastate a town after getting angry when you have a fender bender.

Any type of telekinesis or super speed would probably make life easier.

Flight and super strength could come in handy but you'd have to have a sense of control over the latter so you're not breaking people's hands when you shake them or killing prostitutes.

I'm surprised people are choosing Storm.

I think in reality being Storm would be kinda a curse...

On a day-to-day basis, being Storm wouldn't help you too much. What are you going to do? As you go to school, or work, make the weather really nice every day? That's all your powers would help you do.

Your car is dirty?

Make it rain and get your car washed.

In reality, being Storm would be a curse. You'd feel very obligated to travel the planet and use your powers to help every one.

Every time a region of the world has a drought, you'd have to go there and make it rain to save the people there.

You would spend your entire life in certain regions trying to prevent natural disasters. You'd be in Asia trying to be there in time to stop Tsunamis... In California to stop earthquakes... in Florida/Caribbean during Hurricane season to divert all the hurricanes...

You'd have no life.

You'd just travel the globe preventing natural disasters.

Superman or Xavier.

Flight or mind power. Which one do I want more...

Choose the Martian have them all

You'd go crazy with the latter. Imagine all the stray thoughts going in one person's head.

Of course everytime someone would have a barbecue or light something, you'd go bananas. :o

As for me, there's no contest. I'd choose:

:supes:

Silver Surfer would be cool go from planet to planet on a hover board and say my boss is about to eat your planet see ya.

I'd be Flash, Quicksilver, or Colossus purely due to the practicality of those powers.

...I guess I could be Russian. And I would be Cap if I didn't have to be a capsicle.

:o

Yeha but as a human I already have to be careful around fire. The pro's outweigh the cons for me. Super strength and speed, telepathy, shapeshifting, intangibility, flight, invisibility, etc.

Genius, billionaire, playboy, philanthropist. With a badass suit of armor.

I wanted to be Wonder Woman from the moment i saw the tv show with Linda Carter! Then of course i also watched the animated series Super Friends and Justice League, so i thought she was the coolest. She has very awesome powers and abilities. Heck, Lasso of Truth alone makes it worh it lol. She's strong, smart, great in combat, flies, beautiful, kind hearted, plus she has awesome bracelets, outfit and a tiara. She's a princess, for god's sake! So yeah, i want to be her still :woot:

Franklin Richards. Then i could also be anyone else i wanted with the click of my fingers :)

Well, one upside is you could be paid for such work. Imagine the money you could get.

I am and not surprised that no one has picked Wolverine.

I mean sure you have rapid healing abilities, but that doesn't mean you don't still feel pain.

I'm surprised no one has picked GL. I wasthisclose to picking him.

I'm not sure if there are any heroes that do this, but I would love to have the ability to manipulate air.
