Ghostbusters (2016). I don't why this movie got bad reviews. It was hilarious. And Thor was in it, too (OK, Chris Hemsworth) in a comedy role. I never expected it, but he was a riot. This movie had great production values, too. Slick as a whistle.

I don't care what anyone says, I really enjoyed the new Ghostbusters. I only watched it for the first time recently and I was surprised at how much better it was than I was expecting. I've watched it a couple of times since then because it's a great feel good flick if you're feeling a bit down in the dumps. Chris Hemsworth is so funny, this exchange had me absolutely rolling:

Kevin: Would it be okay if I bring my cat to work sometimes? He has major anxiety problems.
Abby: You know what? I would love to let your cat live here with you, but I have a pretty severe cat allergy.
Kevin: Oh, I don't have a cat. He's a dog. His name's Mike Hat.
Abby: Your dog's name is Mike Hat?
Kevin: Mike Hat.
Erin: Your dog's name is Mike, last name Hat?
Kevin: Well, his full name is Michael Hat.
Abby: I can't say that I'm allergic to dogs... so...
Kevin: You know, it's all right. He lives with my mom.
