What will Martian Manhunter look like?

Now that we know he will eventually be on Smallville, and most likely a huge character, what do you think Martian Manhunter should look like?

This is what he normally looks like,

this is his new look,

this is what he could look like,

this is what he ended up looking like in a really bad and underfunded tv movie.

I think he should look like he did in New Frontier, normal looking bald guy with green skin. And keeping with the "no capes, no tights" I think he should have a blue dressy suit suit and red tie.

but picture a navy blue suit.

What do you hope he looks like?

Considering the show is about an alien, I don't think so. But I do prefer the idea that MM is hiding his alien form in the guise of a human.

Just because we saw a sneak peak of him in the shadows?

That was just a glimps and not a very good one. It was a teaser.
Its like on Lord of the Rings, when we first saw Golem in the first movie he was just in the shadows, but he eventually came out and was very detailed and slightly different than the sneak peak.

What I am reffering to is what do you want or think he will look like once he steps out of the shadows and reveals himself to Clark for the first time, OUT of the shadows?
This also means that he doesn't have to be in this form the whole time, just the form he reveals to Clark, for the rest of his entire appearence on the show he can be in human form.

But when he reveals himself to Clark, out of the shadows in a full speaking part, what do you think he will look like?

No, I wasn't asking what the actor will look like, I was asking what Martian manhunter will look like.
What will they design his look to be?
Because in TV and Movies, before they get the actor (or after) they do character designs and visual development to determin what that character should end up looking like.
For example on Smallville recently they had Green Arrow, but he didn't just look like a Green Arrow and they didn't just have him be a guy with a bow.
They redsigned his costume.
Even when it comes to Clark or other guest stars like Aqua Man they determin beforehand what he should look like.
Like Clark wears alot of red and blue, while Aquaman wears green and orange.

What I am asking is, since Martian Manhunter is an alien and they will most likely show his alien form at least once, what do you think it should be?
This is what I think might be cool, to see him look like this for a few minutes or so, before morphs into a human form.

OK. I wasn't asking anyone to guess what he will definatly look like. What I was asking, was what do you think they studio will choose or what do you want him to look like?

The hope was to have people respond with pics or descriptions of what he will look like when he comes out of the shadows. Sort of like I did to start it off.
I said I wanted him to be a green bald man in a blue suit and red tie, who could then morph into a human looking guy in a blue suit and red tie.

to further ellaberate on what I meant:
But maybe someone else would like him to look more alien like, with longer skinnier limbs, more pointy head, bigger red eyes, like his true form in the comics.
Or maybe someone wants him in his classic costume, blue cape, red x straps, blue undies and boots.
Or perhaps you don't want him to be in his green alien form for even a second, just stay in various human forms.


He will eventually step out of the shadows and he will be detailed. But unlike Green Arrow, Flash, or the other guest stars, Martian Manhunter has an inhuman look.

What do you want him to look like when he steps out of the shadows, and reveals to Clark that he is an alien?

I was thinking about that too, especially since they are now giving Green Arrow and the others suits. Why not give Manhunter a blue suit like that, then they only have to worry about his face.

I agree, I was just thinking since he is in the shadows it is hard to tell exactly what he looks like. Something they did on purpose probably, I bet they are still looking for the actor to play him. It sort of reminded me of a suit in some of the frames, so I thought it could be like the New Frontier look.
I also thought having a bare chested guy in a cape might not go over well with viewers who arent fans, plus I thought they had no capes on the show.

But I wouldn't mind his classic look.

What if they had him stay in various human forms, maybe always looking like a different person when Clark talks with him. But for one short scene, maybe a few seconds worth, and in the dark, we see him in his true alien form.
