What would you do if your significant other

It's the small things that count - being brought coffee in bed, or a massage after a hard day. If they're so significant then it shouldn't be about presents, it should be about the emotional content you receive from them . . . IMO

well i mean she's great overall, i have no intention of ending it, but in all honesty i can't help but feel hugely disappointed... so screw me for being all small minded about it, it was just my natural reaction... i was just curious to see what others would do in the situation

i've more or less just was really kind about it obviously and made no big deal of it and just moved on but at the same time was just interested in hearing how others deal with that sort of stuff... normally i'm more of just put up with it type person but i dunno why on this instance i was just massively disappointed...

How would I deal with it? I wouldn't have to. Because it wouldn't affect me. I'm not in relationships for awesome gifts. A relationship, to me, is about love.

I could care less about getting a gift at all.

you know logan's runt, you're absolutely right... i've been thru so much worse in past relationships in general that this really shouldn't matter at all... can't believe i was so obviously blind to it all thinking back on other stuff that's happened... hell i've been cheated on in the past by one girl so this shouldn't count for anything... thanks for pointing that out... i'm a total idiot...
