I saw the lead singer in an old episode of My Wife & Kids and a film called Chasing Papi. That was when the Pussycat Dolls were still a dancing troupe. Charlize Theron and Scarlett Johansson has performed with them.

Because I'm an goofa$$, I bought an issue of Blender after first posting this thread where the pussycat dolls were on the cover and there was a lead article about them. I learned a few odd facts that we can quibble over..

-the black girl initially expected to be the lead singer but wasn't. She's fine with it but only sees the group as a means to an end. She says she wants to be the next Mariah Carey.

-the lead singer has already written half of the songs for the group's next album and is not ready to go solo...yet.

-It's stressed in the article that the group has no allusions about the fact that "some of the girls sing better than the others"

-the group was created when the person who owned the dance show decided they could make money if the dolls sang too.

-the redhead has been with the group since the mid 90's and is the only member that has been an actual Pussycat doll(the dancetroupe). All of the others joined through auditioning for the group.

oooh, the plot thickens! heh.

I dunno. I find the whole thing not even vaguely interesting. I find it more interesting that Bratz have done away with noses and toes than anything about the Pussycat Dolls.

i dunno why but i thought "don't cha" was an annoying song.
and it offends me for some odd reason i myself do not even understand.
