The Divine Comedy - Inferno

Why the North Won the Civil War by David Herbert Donald

The Dark Knight Strikes Again

I'm surprised to say that so far, I find it underrated.

Unbelievably boring. So much so I couldn't even listen to it on audio, much less read the book. I had to stop finally. You're basically reading ppl's personal entries and status reports on what's happening in different parts of the world/country. Nothing really happens. There's no story.

The Name of the Rose by Umberto Eco. I've read the main story anyway, I've yet to read the postscript. I'm pleased to say that I solved a small part of the mystery before the full solution was revealed. I'll be watching the movie next.

I vote good. The whole zombie war is really well constructed and heavily detailed. The book is usually billed as a comedy, but it's not really funny. I think the joke is that it constructs an oral history of the zombie war, which is clever.

I finished it last last week and liked it a lot. Just make sure you don't mind the concept before buying it.

The Autobiography of Malcolm X

Great book, great insight, and something I wish I would've read a long time ago.

Narcissus in Chains by Laurell K Hamilton. It was typical Anita Blake, filled with monsters and vamps galore. It was at times smuttier than I would have liked, but I couldn't for the life of me stop reading this thing until it was done. Yummy! :)
