What's up with Steve Carell's Hair in Season One of The Office?

well different hair cut and him slicking it back kinda exposes where its thin, probably why they changed it (for the better)

That's how they had it.

For the second season they changed his chair, Steve lost weight and they made the character more likable.

But his hair's still slicked in the second season...it's just off to the side, yet looks tons fuller. How is that possible?

It's maddening. :(

steve has gotten to be a much better looking man since season one. and I mean that in a non gay way

The first season of The Office and The 40YOV made Carell a star. It's no surprise that season 2 had Michael Scott having a fuller head of hair.

It's probably a lot easier to work and fiddle with and cover up thin spots when it's to the side. Straight back is more exposed.
