Superman Returns When is the dvd coming out?

not in stone but oct/nov

 

This will probably be the first movie I buy in HD-DVD.

 

and then you can a blueray one when hddvd goes bust.if you had said blueray i would have said the same

Im going to Sri Lanka in the summer and the DVDS come out there before they hit the screen (believe it or not) and they arent bootlegged, well they probably are probably not judging by the state of the country but i went last year and the dvd's i brought were crystal clear plus the special features. so im looking forward to buying it around August.

 

than why arent this dvd's on the net by then? because they are not dvd quality.

 

because they are copies.

Or they could release a basic DVD earlier and leave a collectors edition till Christmas.

but it is not the 100% dvd quality. maybe they are VCD's or filmed in the theater. but in no way a dvd. because someone would put in on the net and we would have it. but this things dont happen so fast.

im not sure of that but you find that sometimes p2p applications like bittorrent have versions like that available when the movie hits the screen. but when i get this dvd ill mite post some scans of quality etc

 

belive me: if someone is there selling those dvd's someone would buy them and put teh on the net.

I don't mind waiting til Christmas, as long as there's a nice fat Collector's Edition! I love my BB Collectors Ed.!

 

I'm hoping the WB does with this film what they did with Batman Begins. Two versions, a single disc and a two-disc with a comic inside. I'd certainly (assuming the film doesn't suck) pick up the two-disc.

 

my plan: looking SR in the theater for like 3 times. than download it on the net when the dvd quality comes out and watch the movie for like 5 times. and 100 times teh money shots. than when the official dvd comes out i will buy the dvd because of special futures.

Wasn't there an article recently about how WB plans to release all of the Superman movies (SR included) sometime in November?

 

The movie will come out in december on dvd! It's christmass time, so it's a sure winner!

 

looks like ill be dowloading it after i see it until i can buy the HD version as well

 

Critics say HD-DVD Sucks & since I am getting a Blu-Ray Player when I buy the PS3 when that comes out. I am pretty much going to stick with Blu-Ray.

 

Dear lord, already yakkin about when the DVD is coming? That never even crosses my mind until after it's out of theaters.
