Where are all the Marvel games??

Tip of hats for mentioning Fantastic Four.
Is Marvel's first family available in the Disney Infinity 2.0?

Neither X-Men and F4 are available for Disney Infinity 2.0, which is strange since Marvel can do the comic versions and not having to deal with Fox in the process.

What a shame, I was hoping to play something with fun control over the :ff:, with more variety to what they can do than what the LEGO game offers.

Since this is the next page here's Day 3's(today) current live stream the Disney infinity panel won't shown, but there's a live blog, so head to the site here:Marvel in Disney Infinity 2.0 Panel - NYCC 2014 and set up your alerts for the live Blog.

All I want is a GTA style Punisher game. Open world with one game long plot line that is inter-mixed with random encounters and assorted side missions.

2GB for the Avengers demo playset? And the whole game is $129
Man, this Marvel Infinity game is costly, I thought it was the whole thing for free.

Yeah, I got into Disney Infinity 2.0 and it's probably the most expensive thing I brought for video games, and I had gotten Rock Band 2 for my now-defunct Xbox 360. And if you want the Power Discs, you either have to buy the packs (which you have no idea what's inside) or you can get them via eBay and pay more for them. I like the game and I think it's really fun, but I also think it is priced way more than what it should be.
ver
Btw, I think Disney is sitting on a gold mine for video game profits regarding both Marvel and Star Wars, but instead of getting great developers to make games that can gross millions, such as the Arkham Asylum series, they've been extremely passive and nonchalant about the whole thing. The fact that we still don't have an Avengers game or a new Jedi game is criminal.

What about this gem by Ubisoft?

no one wants to touch that one marvel made ubisoft make a bad chose with controls over all everything o that title . Which is why I want people from marvel that actual play games like joe mad or the writer that's doing arc k game to be a part of the heads of the marvels games division cause the have game back ground as jim lee and just not someone that looks at past sales but doesn't know what will be fun appeal to current fans that play games.

That really sucks, the game looks really fun, I like the idea behind it, but the costs are depressing.

True, they need good planning for their games, and strong development studios.

your seeing it your self with the video og demands I'm putting up the dev's are headed to TQ J the head of marvels gaming division as a walk in policy. Disney is allowing marvel to control their own stuff & they are still staying hands off mostly with some stuff chose wise besides most of the other mobile stuff prior. marvel is in control with who picks up their stuff.

It's all still marvel as the contest of champions dev's said they went to strait to marvel not Disney. it all in the video as they said it . this is why I want them (marvel ) to make a in house studio/ publisher house for games that the same as their movie house studio.

if that's truly the case. they teamed up with Disney cause they saw Dc was stable for years under WB with movies they were struggling with their comics if the comic didn't sell the weren't headed to the bankruptcy to the public . So they went to the other competition. Disney needs to do more hmm maybe, but if they didn't let marvel run the show peoples claims about blaming them for every thing would be valid they let the people they they buy & work under them run the show those people were in that world *comic's longer .

The issue here is still with Marvel and the chose's they make.

Didn't Disney take back all the game rights from developers of Marvel and Star Wars games after they acquired Marvel and Lucasfilm? It seems to me that the issue here is that Disney considers video games a very low priority on their plate, and they aren't interested in hiring great developers to make game-breaking games for gamers to enjoy.

They haven't found someone that will do that yet . That's isn't linked to a current game publisher or a publisher they can trust that won't screw them over the way Activison did with dead pool's production & they still have the "walk in policy."

so they aren't actively looking
they have people walk up to them instead so it'll be a while. Beside s if you mean the literal Arkham treatment it would only work best with Dare Devil. though it did ok for cap america from what was semi used .

the things is the way Disney deal works is they only fully step in when that company they bought is doing so poorly & it looks like the3y ca't pick them selve back up that they have to step in & restructure the place . Other wise they are mostly hands off cause of the way people view them as too kid friendly and always people always want to cast blame on them when it all goes south cause of that view .

So they let people that know their own business run their own area the way they want cause of all that crap people thinking this .

So far marvel isn't in the same place as Lucas where games are concerned or over all. marvel still makes money & are successful with some of their comic's ad mthe movies have been well cause they decided to take over their own production of that area .

So marvel still has some pull in making chose's in who take their ip as that first dev talk with the people of contest of champs stated they are still doing that system where dev's head strait to Marvel to talk to TQ Jefferson to some degree and they start throwing idea's to each other on how the game will be fun as TQ told the people of X play befor Deed pool failed cause Activision decided to ive high moon dev studio's poor resources.

the issue here is that marvel is still runin half of the show to a deree disey hasn't fully take over the games division of marvel they bought those ip back yet but marvel is still making chose's

as stated here
Ok VOD of

Disney infinity panel Tomorrow

they went strait to Marvel the big D wasn't mentioned. it seems Disney is only there for financial support and to help put things out there. There were few games that were put out by Disney but with this one it seems they aren't the ones the these particular dev's answer to.

These guys are the same as gazillion they answer to Marvel.

Well that's a really crappy way to get good games made

And no, I didn't literally mean the Arkham treatment, I just mean a badass, adult, triple-A game focusing on a certain character (or small team) that lets me feel what it would be like to be said character.

Under stood well we'll still have a wait with the way they are doing things. this is why I want a in house studio/publisher house from marvel with their games division . At least you all will have what you want , they will have people working for them on games that they trust . Alot of issues will be solved to a degree. if they do what they did when they created a movie studio. Only this time it'll be for their games division side.

What's their excuse for not creating an in-house game studio, then? They're more than successful enough to be able to start paying attention to their game division, or lack thereof.

the only ones that have suggested it or thought of it are us fans and some of the people that review video games & other nerd culture related to movies etcthat actually do truly care. the thing is I bet it hasn't occurred to Marvel and even then there are some people that think that doing so is more dangerous/ too bi a risk then doing so with movies.

I had a thread o the MH 2015 forum where I had that article talking about the opinion of marvel making a i house studio ad there was a good talking going but cause of a certain of one poster the thread was sealed off I still it as a post I made but it's can't be accessed. I was able to tell when this person did his intolerant "no no "talk I rather they never do it then to have them ( marvel) work with some they don't trust/can't and when I had a reasonable answer he couldn't take it . lol

All I said was the best way for marvel to have people they trust is to have dev's working for them in studio's they created or have under contract for them and these are people that have went through the same issue of being screwed over in the game industry as they have Example the people that made Darksiders who have split into two different dev studios (called gunfire games and Airship Syndicat both formerly known as Vigil )

the gunfire half were screwed over Crytek America before making them selves into gunfire games, they know how it feels so they wouldn't/shouldn't do that to marvel since they have been in that position. they would know how it feels and know better to do that to someone else.

the other of which Joe mad who a has worked for marvel very often is working with still when not doing games is with a new game studio(Airship Syndicat) & knows the other half (gunfire games)well. both those stuido's were vigil and they were put through alot .

This way Marvel will have two other dev studio's in their publisher house and they will have devs like the people of gazillion that will take permission from marvel & will have to check in with them. Marvel will be in a better position not to be screwed over.

Besides how else will they get to know they can trust these dev's? Those dev's/ dev studios will be working strictly for them

the when I was receiving agrees that thread sealed/ missing it existed but cant be seen/ entered . lol

but i saw that some people would like to see marvel try this venture. if the movie industry made them mad enough to make their own studio movie productions then this should have too especially after what went down with dead pool the game.

this is why I'm suggesting these thing even if people think I'm nuts.

But Marvel took a major risk with the movie industry already
