Can you get these in Toys R Us or something? Or they only in Comic book stores and online?

I have seen them in Suncoast, Hot Topic, Spencers, some video game stores, and even some discount or grocery stores.

Yeah. Sometimes specialty stores or smaller toy stores have them, but in my experience they're usually slightly overpriced. However, it's not a bad option if you're looking for something a while after the release and don't want to deal online.
