Where would you rather live: Tony's Malibu Home or the Wayne Manor?

I'd take Bale's Wayne Manor. A house on the edge of a cliff makes me nervous.

I would like to live in the lake house in BvS. I would never want to live in Wayne Manor.

New option Stark Tower vs. The Batman Wayne Tower (which is also his home).
Instead of the usual suburban Manor just outside the City setting, is instead a building located in the heart of Gotham City. (actually cg enhanced ChicagoTrade Building)
And instead of a cave, sits atop an abandoned subway station. (after the NYC Waldorf-Astoria anex station).
I guess it's now the Bat-station.

I've always valued having a certain level of privacy so definitely the Wayne Manor for me. I feel like I'd be able to perfectly maintain said privacy while also having a home fitted to my liking & allowing me to do a variety of things to keep myself entertained or productive.

The grim, old goth Latveria Castle?
Or the Von Doom Industries Headquarters, modern hi-rise, in heart of midtown Manhattan?
Can't tell which way they are going with this reimagined version of the character(s)?
