It's not a fair comparison. It's very possible to be a good talker with a very fitting voice but still be mediocre due to bad physiology and physical expressions. Movies, television shows, etc. are just as visual as they are auditory. The previous actors filled a visual and auditory role. Voice actors such as Kevin Conroy and Mark Hamill only provided one of the two. I grew up with the Animated Series and I still watch some episodes from time to time. However it's impossible for me to rank any of the voice actors on a higher or lower level than actual live action actors.
