I liked that story. That was when Batman and another man (his name was Wild, if memory serves), were seperately trying to track down the Joker. The other character got the Joker's psychiatric records from Dr. Arkham, and that was how the Joker filled out a form asking him about his dreams.
I remember another form asked him to finish a story, which began with something to the effect of "I was walking in the park and I came to a place with a group of people. As I got closer, they seemed threatening. I..." And the Joker's conclusion was "took out my uzi and killed them all". Another was multiple choice, with questions like "How do I feel about myself (circle all that apply). I: Like myself, Dislike myself, Respect myself, Fear myself etc." The Joker wrote his own answer in big letters: "WORSHIP MYSELF". A similar question about how one feels about others. Once again the Joker wrote his own answer. He didn't like or fear or dislike others. His answer "KILL OTHERS".
They showed identical forms for at least one other character in a different Shadow of the Bat story. I think it was a neat idea.
