I prefer "dark" versions over kid versions or legacy characters

I don't wanna see the MCU rely on the Avengers name as a crutch. We've already had some era-defining Avengers films!

It's time for X-Men, FF, Invaders, Champions, Thunderbolts, Defenders, Midnight Sons (Suns?), etc.

I'd also like to see some female superhero teams as well. A-Force, Daughters of the Dragon, Fearless Defenders - all cool choices

Switch out Cap & War Machine, throw in Ironheart and you can have your A Force.

Sure, until phase 6, existing teams in 616 MCU will be Avengers, Guardians, F4, Eternals, Thunderbolts

If Namor can't get his own solo MCU film for legal reasons, Defenders team movie might be the best way to get more Namor beyond BP.
