I view these as expendable. It would suck, but that stuff happens.

Plus, I think I read somewhere that any of the character could be let go in order to keep the show fresh.

Isaac has fans? That guy is the character I care the least about and I for one am hoping that he's the one that bites it at the end of the season... just as we saw it happen when Hiro went to the future.

I like Isaac but if he died it wouldn't really be an "oh crap!" moment. I want Nikki, DL, and Micah either out of the story or added to the main plot. They aren't adding anything to the show at this point.
